Representative James brought up reconsideration of the vote on HCS                                  
CSSSSB 149(FIN) (page 1641).                                                                        
                                                                                                    
The following was again before the House in third reading:

      149(FIN)                                                                                      
      "An Act relating to reemployment of retired teachers, to eligibility                          
      for major medical insurance coverage for beneficiaries of the                                 
      teachers' retirement system, and to teacher certificates; and                                 
      providing for an effective date."                                                             
                                                                                                    
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HCS CSSSSB 149(FIN) pass
